Binbang values your privacy and complies with applicable laws including the Personal Information Protection Act. This policy explains how we collect and handle personal information when you use Binbang services.
1. Personal information we collect
When you sign up we collect your name, email address and password. We also store accommodation URLs and alert settings you register while using the service. This information is necessary to provide the vacancy alert service.
2. How we use personal information
Collected information is used only for account management, sending vacancy alerts, service improvement and customer support. We do not use your personal information for purposes other than providing the service or share it with third parties.
3. Retention and deletion
Personal information is deleted once the purpose of use is fulfilled. When laws require a retention period we keep it securely for that period and then delete it. Deleting your account will also delete the related personal information.
4. Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your personal information at any time. For inquiries or to exercise your rights regarding personal information, please contact us through the in-service contact feature and we will respond promptly.
